AYURVEDA MASSAGE mardana

Ayurveda massage born from the Indian healing tradition over 6000 year. Helps to restore and maintain our balance in all levels (like physically, psychological, spiritually).

Act relaxing and therapeutic. It is applied as a treatment, in a common cervical and as a support for more severe conditions affected by stressful factors. (multiple sclerosis, depression).

Deep Tissue Massage

The Deep Tissue massage is a complementary therapy that derives from the Ayurvedic system of healing. Ayurvedic has been practiced in India for over a thousand years, making it one of the oldest healing systems in the world. Based on the belief that health and wellness depend on achieving a fine balance between the mind, body, and spirit, it's viewed as the perfect way to rebalance the body's energies.

Deep tissue massage use firm pressure and slow stroked to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.

Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the "knots" that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.

When the massage begins, your massage therapist usually starts with lighter pressure to warm up your muscles and then works into deeper pressure.

Session duration could last 60 to 90 minutes.

ON CHAIR MASSAGE

Onsite massage is carried out with the client fully clothed and sitting in a specially designed chair.

No oils or creams are used during this massage therapy. The massage therapist uses her hands and elbows to stimulate over a hundred specific pressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back.

This sequence of massage improves the flow of energy throughout the body and stimulates the functioning of the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. It also reduces muscle tension in the upper body, especially the neck and shoulder regions. 

A typical session could last 30 minutes.

Indian Head Massage

One of the primary benefits of Indian head massage is its ability to alleviate stress and tension. The treatment provides a deep sense of relaxation, improving mental wellbeing. As a result, it can also help to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Relieves headaches and migraines, Relieves sleeplessness, restlessness and insomnia,stimulates lymphatic drainage,  symptoms of anxiety and depression, renews energy levels and boosts memory capabilities.

Pregnant Massage

Pregnancy massage is a specially tailored gentle and soothing massage specifically adapted for the expectant mother. The benefits of pregnancy massage include pain relief, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for childbirth.

A certified professional massage therapist will provide a customized and unique pregnancy massage lasting 60 or 80 minutes. The therapist will listen to your specific concerns about any tensions or pains and work to facilitate deep relaxation, helping you to enjoy your pregnancy and relieve any unwanted symptoms.

As with other body massages, you will lie down on a massage table and may be given extra pillows or specially shaped cushions to make lying down more comfortable. You will usually lie on your side, especially later in pregnancy when this is most comfortable.

If you want your masseur to massage your pregnant belly, this is possible, but it will still be gentle, using long strokes designed to make you feel comfortable, feminine and at ease.

Reiki Usui

A typical session could last between 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

It can also be combined with Ayurvedic massage or chair therapy.

MEDITATION AT THE BEACH

Preparation for your session

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day.
  • Avoid consuming large meals on the day and allow at least 2 hours of digestion prior to your session.
  • Avoid consuming caffeine or alcohol on the day.
  • About your injection, it depends on the treatment you choose. Ask your therapist to inform you.

NOTE: 

After the end of the treatment, you have time to discuss with the therapist anything you may have noticed during the treatment.

Whatever treatment you have concluded, regardless of the duration (30 minutes to 1:30 hours, depending on the treatment), your body continues to be in this energy after it ends, from a few minutes to days.

To maintain this state, the therapist will give you useful advice. But the best advice and signals will come from your unique body.
